How much do you charge for shipping?

FEDEX STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING is $7.99 flat-rate plus $2 each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.
FEDEX SECOND DAY AIR $17.99 flat-rate plus $2 each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.
FEDEX NEXT DAY AIR $29.99 flat-rate plus $5 each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.
Free Shipping (standard ground) Applies to all purchases over $100. Offer not valid for Alaska and Hawaii residents.

We will do everything possible to ship AIR orders the day we receive them. Air orders may ship on the next business day.

We ship FedEx Second Day Air and Next Day Air to Alaska & Hawaii.


When should I expect delivery?

FEDEX STANDARD GROUND shipping will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
FEDEX SECOND DAY AIR will arrive in 2 to 3 days business days.
FEDEX NEXT DAY AIR will arrive in 1 to 2 days business days.


FEDEX orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays.

We will do everything possible to ship AIR orders the day we receive them. Air orders may ship on the next business day.

Impo.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S.

May I cancel my order?

Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.

How do I return my order?

Your order summary will arrive with your order. This order summary will include a pre-addressed shipping label. You may also request a return shipping label by mail by calling toll free at 800-367-4676.


We can only accept returns on goods ordered from IMPO.COM. Clearance Event items are not returnable.

If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Within 60 days, re-package your unworn shoes with a copy of the packing slip inside the box and place the provided return shipping label on the outside of the box. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).

2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. Impo.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

How long will the return process take?

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
• The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
• Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
• Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
