Shipping Policy and Returns


How much do you charge for shipping?

FEDEX STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING is $7.99 flat-rate plus $2 each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.
FEDEX SECOND DAY AIR $17.99 flat-rate plus $5 each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.

Free Shipping (standard ground) Applies to all purchases over $74.99. Offer not valid for Alaska and Hawaii residents.

We will do everything possible to ship AIR orders the day we receive them. Air orders may ship on the next business day.

We ship FedEx Second Day Air to Alaska & Hawaii.

When should I expect delivery?

FEDEX STANDARD GROUND shipping will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
FEDEX SECOND DAY AIR will arrive in 2 to 3 days business days.

FEDEX orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays.

Impo.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S.

May I cancel my order?

Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.

How do I return my order?

If you want to make a return within 45 days, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your account by following this link:                                   https://shopify.com/19417533/account  

2. After entering your email address you will receive a security code to login. Click on the order you wish to return, then click on Request Return in the upper right corner. Select a reason for the return and click Request Return. Once the return request has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with a link to print a return label.

Re-package your unworn shoes with a copy of the packing slip inside the box and place the return shipping label on the outside of the shipping package. Item(s) must be returned in the original Impo shoe box.

2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Impo.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

4. We can only accept returns on goods ordered from IMPO.COM. Sale items are not returnable.

How long will the return process take?

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
• The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
• Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
• Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
